Stephen Delahunty is the Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Arrowpoint Corporation, a professional and technical services firm serving government and private sector clients. Mr. Delahunty is an experienced executive with 23 years proven program management, information technology, strategic planning, and business development experience. Most recently he held the position of Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and was previously with SAIC and Stanley in the defense sector. Mr. Delahunty has held information technology industry management and consulting positions with various private sector firms and led a range of critical business and systems engagements. His information technology systems experience encompasses program/project management, enterprise architecture, security, networking, software development and telecommunications.
Mr. Delahunty is adjunct faculty at George Washington University teaching graduate computer science. He is an elected Distinguished Fellow and board member emeritus of the Network Professional Association. He is a director at large on the North American board of the Global IT Community Association. Mr. Delahunty is also a board member of ByteBack, a non-profit community computer training center in Washington, DC. He was an invited member of the Network Computing Magazine editorial advisory board and an invited member of the Rochester Institute of Technology Academic Curriculum Advisory Group for the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. He is a regular technology conference speaker and panel member/moderator and was the author of the RealityIT series of articles for Network Computing Magazine. He holds various technology industry certifications, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Lafayette College, a Master’s of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and is a candidate for a Masters of Liberal Arts in Information Technology from Harvard Extension University.
