This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Jasmine Pachnanda.

Jasmine PachnandaJasmine Pachnanda. recently joined CEO Leadership Alliance – Orange County (CLA-OC) as Senior Vice President, working collaboratively with Southern California leaders to develop and implement a strategy to transform SoCal to a leading artificial intelligence (AI) superhub. Believing that innovation, and specifically AI, will be transformational for the region, Ms. Pachnanda and the CLA-OC organization, are developing OC into a premier, diverse talent hub as a key lever to achieve CLA-OC's vision for a "thriving OC for all."

Jasmine brings a broad set of experiences in management consulting, finance, and education with a focus on value-driven leadership in service of uplifting all communities.

She previously served as an executive for Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, Los Angeles's largest charter management organization, where she developed and led strategies, systems and progress monitoring structures to support college completion aspirations of first generation college-goers. Jasmine also brings extensive experience in the corporate sector having worked as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group, where she led a variety of strategy projects related to healthcare, social impact and media.

A native of Orange County, Jasmine graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics and earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
